Start with fabric and trims
Review fabric inspection, shade bands, shrinkage and GSM checks alongside the approved specification. Agree risk points at the pre-production meeting before the line starts.
Check during production
Inline checks cover measurements and workmanship from the first output. Laboratory testing can address colourfastness, pilling and restricted substances against the buyer's requirements.
Review before shipment
Pre-final checks cover measurements, metal detection and packing. Final inspection follows the agreed AQL standard and inspection arrangement, including the buyer's nominated third party where applicable.
