Buyer FAQ
What are your minimums?
Test orders from 1,500 pcs per style on our in-house fabric range (up to 3 colors). Standard MOQ is 3,000 per style and 1,000 per color.
What payment terms do you accept?
Irrevocable LC at sight, or 30% TT deposit and 70% against BL copy. Open-account terms are considered after repeat orders.
Which Incoterms do you ship on?
FOB Chattogram as standard. CIF, DAP/DDP and air options on request.
Can we verify your factories' certificates?
Yes. For each program we share the factory name, certificate number, scope and expiry, so your team can check directly with the issuer.
Do you work with third-party inspectors?
Yes: SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or QIMA, as you nominate. Final AQL is 2.5 major / 4.0 minor, or your standard.
